Cradle-Type Rotary Swivel Table - THE POWER PACKAGE

The CTR series is a cradle-type rotary-tilt table with counter bearing, driven by two backlash-free gear roller-cam drives and is popularly used as a positioning unit in CNC machine tools or in automation as a fourth and fifth axis. Siemens and Bosch-Rexroth drives are available. The AHH series can be used as a dividing head or for continuous movements, enabling the machining of complex operations and extending the machining range. The series is characterized by its high accuracy and high torque as well as low wear.

CTR250 Highlights

Backlash-free. The roller and cams are driven by a double preloaded rolling contact. No backlash during forward and reverse rotation, which further enhances the precise and stable characteristics of the roller cam.
Long service life. Roller cam drive. Wear and tear will reduce. Long service life.
Extremely rigid, integrated turret design. Multiple rollers engaged with the camshaft increase rigidity during transmission.
High transmission efficiency, no temperature rise at high speeds, minimal thermal fluctuations.
Maintenance free. Due to the low wear, maintaining the original accuracy for a long time (3-5 years without mechanical maintenance).
Braking performance: positioning during braking remain within 0.002 mm. High precision machining possible. Wear resistant brake parts. No shifting during braking. High durability.
The encoder position can be reserved for additional encoders to form a fully closed loop structure that further increases accuracy.
